The Salary Estimation tool enables you to calculate an estimate of the various elements of your salary and provides you with an overview, so you can better understand your finances and plan for future assignments or reassignments to new duty stations.

Please note that many elements of your salary, including, for example: Post Adjustment, Mobility and Hardship allowance, Assignment grant, Special Operations Approach (if applicable) are subject to frequent changes. Your advance calculation may, therefore, differ somewhat from your actual salary package at the time of your assignment / reassignment.
